We need you to take action NOW !!

The Department of Transportation will only print the plates if we pre-sell 500 plates before our deadline!  We need to have them sold by February 2008 or they will not print them.  

The forms and secured funds must be sent by A.P.E. to the DOT office by Feb 28, 2008.  Any applications submitted past February first should  be accompanied with a cashier check or money order.

Furthermore, with a state level sponsor, funds from the plate will be put into a bonded savings account were any licensed shelter In the state of Iowa can apply for grant funds to be utilized as defined In the mission statement.
