Microchip fundraisers for organizations throughout Central Iowa.

 

· All animals will need to be on leash or in a carrier.  

 

· All animals are encouraged to have a reservation.  

             The reservation will ensure that we have enough microchips on hand.  

 

· Reservations MUST be received by the Monday prior to the weekend of the              clinic to ensure your spot.

 

· Remember you are encouraged to have a reservation.  Reservation are easy,              just fill out the form below!
