Why should you train your pet at Spoiled-Rotten Pets?
· SRP is owned and operated by a licensed
veterinary technician with over ten years experience in pet-related fields.
· SRP's owner is a
member of the Veterinary Technician's Animal Behavioral Society. This gives SRP the advantage of conversing
with colleagues on difficult cases.
· SRP is inspected and licensed by the state of Iowa's Department
of Agriculture.
· SRP offers group and private lessons.
· SRP will teach you and your
pets, sit, down, come, stay, heel, and stand.
· SRP obedience training goal is to have every dog
pass the American Kennel Club's, Canine Good Citizenship test. This test evaluates the dog on basic
obedience and manners around other animals and people.
· SRP uses the Gentle Leader ® head collar
for all obedience classes.
· The Gentle Leader ® head collar does not choke or cause pain to the
animal like some other training collars. It uses natural pressure points on the animal to stimulate
a subordinate attitude.
· The Gentle Leader ® head collar effectively controls jumping, pulling,
barking, chewing, and begging. Anyone can teach his or her pet to sit and stay in one easy lesson.
· Remember a well-trained pet is a happy pet, and an enjoyable member of the family.
· SRP's staff
has worked with animals of all sizes and ages. No dog is too big or small / too young or old, for proper
training.
· SRP is centrally located on P33, only five miles north of Spring Lake. Thirty minutes
south of Fort Dodge or 45 minutes west of Ames.
· SRP carries a complete line of Kong ® toys to
help dogs with separation anxiety.
· SRP offers a Bird dog workshop for you hunter types, improve
you retriever / flushing dog skills.
